Well today's the day, its finally here! (I wait all week for Wednesday... I need to get out more...)
So, here's this weeks picture-in.
I squeezed my face into this one - I felt the chopping off of my head in the others was a little bit weird so I've kept it in this time.
But first thoughts is, horribly, if anything I look ROUNDER than I did two weeks ago!! What is happening! Why am I so unphotogenic!! Life is hard.
But, you'll be pleased to know the picture tells horrible lies because I have in fact gone down everywhere! Look at this:
Bust = -1.5"
Waist= -1"
Bum= -1"
Above Bum (haha)= -1.5"
Arm (bingo wings) = 0.5"
Thighs= -1"
Yaaaaaaay!!! Down everywhere! Still coming off my boobs at an alarming rate however. Poor boobs. I'm going to be really flat chested soon. But I'll trade that for fitting back into my old clothes any day!
I've found it increasingly hard to keep it up this week - everything hurts, I've been struggling to get out of bed to go to the gym, and when I get there its really hard. Is this the proverbial wall? If so I've hit it way too soon!
Also, just a quick question. If I'm speed walking on the treadmill at 11% incline, speed 5.5 (I don't know if its mph or km/h but whatever treadmills usually measure speed in), and I hold onto the bar in front, do I burn less calories than if I speedwalk without holding onto that? I'm just wondering, I don't want to be fooling myself into thinking I'm burning more than I am! I'm in the habit now of holding onto it, and I've found myself leaning back slightly every now and then instead of walking upright, because I'm holding onto the bar.
ANYWAY, just in case anyone is interested I'm now burning 500 calories (... I hope...) everytime I go to the gym, with 20 minutes cross trainer, 30 minutes treadmill and 5 minutes on one of those sit down bike things. I'm eating around 1500 calories a day. My BMR is around 1800 calories, so my daily calories deficit should be between 600-800 depending on how much I've eaten that day. Just so no one can imagine that I'm killing myself in the process!
Until the next picture in, then!
